[BiRAL Problem Solving Case] Vertical Angular Mold
Lubrication of high-temperature, precision moving parts.
Issues: Molding of phenolic resin (thermosetting resin) is performed at 180 to 200°C, but conventional lubricants cause oil evaporation and residue generation, making it impossible for molds that require precise sliding to operate. This necessitated frequent disassembly and maintenance. Solution: By using Bilal T&D, the amount used was reduced to one-fifth compared to conventional lubricants. Additionally, there was no residue generation, which reduced the frequency of maintenance. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
